Oh, and feel free to contact {链接已删除} and ask how they felt they handled the situation. Spoiler: they imply its my fault they did not give the assistance they where supposed to because they didn't help me. And if that isn't a perfect defence I do not know what is. Thats like Guardian Angle/BKB type protection.
