Friendly 10 man group with friends

Hi this is a group for the people who are tired of the cheaters/bs in MM/ESEA etc, we are doing a friendly group of people we all know that is legit and friendly.
We do not have a skill requriment we will have players of all skill groups in this i encourage people to help guide them and help them learn the game if you are much more experienced please try and help not disrespect people.
We are gonna buy 128 tick private servers will give out RCON to select few people that we trust. Eventually give it people who actually PLAY more in this group. If we have a HIGH ammount of people wanting to play we look into buying a couple other servers.

Some basic rules:
Don't be a douche please respect one another
Competitiveness is encouraged please do not troll
Help each other out build team work and communication
If you don't like someone avoid picking them
We will have captains RANK S / FPL style picking

If you can't meet the rules/requirements your out by officer vote.
