What's your oppinion?

Many people think l4d is much better than l4d2. While other people, like myself, think l4d2 is a lot better than l4d.

I would just like to know why people prefer one game over the other.

Left 4 Dead 2
Fixed the localization sound caches
Fixed AI tanks sometimes not getting assigned to human players
Fixed exploit in C6M2 where players could jump through a gap in the fence
Fixed commentary maps crashing on load

SDK
Removed Perforce integration and Manifest UI when running Hammer under and SDK deployment
Removed Version control menu for SDK
Material nudging only works if the user has nudging enabled

Still didn't fix map exploit on first level which lets you go under the map or fix the glitched location between boxes and wooden balance thing.

Which game is better?

I personally think l4d2 is a lot better than l4d for 3 reasons.

First reason being better graphics and gore. Gore is something all zombies games need to be great, something l4d lacked.

The second reason would be the new infected. They may be flawed, but they are still great and have a purpose in the game.

The third reason would be melee weapons. At first when i heard l4d2 had melee weapons i thought everyone was just going to use them and spam away. Well i was wrong. They aren't over powered and they don't suck either. Just the right touch to make the game that much better.

So, what are your oppinions about l4d and l4d2?
