关于 keblop

What is keblop?

keblop is given to the new engine that me and polkm are making it is a 2d based engine built for all types of gaming exprience once the engine is finished then the first game development begins, im joining with polkm in the company he has called shell shock gaming. Our first game will be a platformer which is games like super mario and things like that it has the code name of Project K1. Project K1 has a story of a girl in her early 20's has to save her planet that is dying, batterling her way through all type of enemies! More news will be updated when i have anymore, the engine was started by polkm for about a couple of days then we joined together and started working on alot of things, quite a few things have been done such as, hud, lighting, animations, sprites and a few other things!

HUD:

SANDBOX:
- Add space units (space ships that can leave the planet and land on another one)
- Add orbiting buildings (satellites)
- Add space buildings (space stations)
- Add upgrade system to units
- Add ability system to units
- Add the ability for planets to be hollow
- Add planets rotating around other planets
- Add a sun planet that glows (same class just looks diffrent and no units can go on it)
- Add astroids and meteorites that can crash randomly into planets sometimes (:D)
- Add buildings that gather energy (solar panels, windmills, fuel buring)
- Add fuel extractor buildings

AI:
- Make it so the bots use their own unit tables so that they can be customized like the player's
- Make bots place resource extractors in logical places
- Make bots build armies faster, and get attacking fast
- Don't let the bots spend all there resources on random unessisary buildings

APPEARANCE:
- Add butterflies fluttering around in the grass
- Add birds
- Little critters running around (they get squished under the tanks :P)
- Rainbows (don't judge)(double rainbows?)
- Clouds with rain/snow (lightning?)
- Enviorments like tundras and deserts
- Shooting stars
- Dirt being kicked up by the vehicals
- Explosions for the tank shells
-- Scorched ground and burnt plants were explosions happen

MISC:
- Create another button on the main menu to access the player's tech tree to be edited.
-- Create a display to show the player's tech tree
--- Let players change their unit loadout
- Make shaders work for sprites
- Add a victory screen and options to replay

BUGS:

ART:
- Resource building
- Infantry units
- Bushes, tall grass, ect.
- More trees of diffrent types (alien trees)

SANDBOX:
11/22/2010(11:31PM - GMT) - Make a mining building
Only add to the resource rate to the player's hashtable if the building is over
a rock. Every second have the resource removed form the rock so that it gets smaller
remove the rock that is closest to the bulding, once that has been depleated look for the next
nearest rock, if one exists.

- Display the unit building queue on hud(would be nice to maybe see little icons above the building with a little progress bar, when selected)

SANDBOX:
- Create a resource gather rate hashtable in the player class
Should have one for each elemehvent and the calue be the rate per minute
The resources should be added during the player's update every second
- Make a mining building
