I once said to my team “I will completely disband this team before I will ever have to kick any of you…”

So I did… I disbanded…

When I started this entire community, I had a vision of a great place where people can make friends and play some competitive games. A friendly place where all members feel like they have a place and belong…

I told you all that I stepped down from all my leadership roles. I did. Now I think you deserve to know why…

First, our community in my eyes was falling apart. Some members were pushing people away and no one even said hi to Arzt ever on the mumble channel. You all felt too complacent and were too comfortable to make time for other people… We stopped scrimming with CR, and they have expanded so much that we were like two completely different teams. Our names weren’t even alike and some people didn’t like to tag up anymore. Where was our community going??

Second, my HL team was beyond the verge of repair. We had subs almost every match, some of us weren’t on time, or didn’t seem to make efforts for Highlander. We were too complacent. We were working on improving, but it is something that I can’t fix. I don’t have the heart to ever kick any of you, so our team is disbanded.

I know for a lot of you, KCB was the home of all communities. It was a special place where you made friends and had some of the best competitive experiences… I am happy that it has come to that and don’t want it to end here for you.

KCB has to end though. Some of the greatest things have an ending, and I am glad that you all have moved to another place to continue your community. Not the KCB community, but you guys…

Now you see why I have to end it, it is not my vision… It has taken a new direction. I know CR will dominate the top of Silver this season and the community will continue…

I on the other hand have something to offer… My plans are to take a break from competitive, and possibly re-create a place for new players to get the same type of experience… I will see you all around, and I am very proud of what we have all accomplished together...
