Okay, for all of you who haven't heard yet, there is a new project to create a Half-Life TV (web) series. It's called The Freeman Chronicles. The series is being created by some excellent filmmakers, but their funding is only from the community... So, since I KNOW everybody reading this has played Half-Life before, you are required to do three simple things:

#1. Go to http://www.indiegogo.com/half-life and watch their first episode called Enter The Freeman.

#2. If you can, please consider donating to them $20, $30, or more to allow them to create more episodes. If you donate, the filmmakers will give you HD quality of the episodes once they are released (and more stuff the more you donate). So, you'll be getting something directly in return anyhow.

#3. Regardless if you donated any real money, PLEASE help advertise this crowdfunding effort to your network of nerdy Half-Life friends to get these episodes properly funded! Tell your friends via your Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, Steam Friends, snail mail, text messages, IRC, BBS, telegraph, singing telegram, yelling aloud in public, and by participating in flash mob performances while advertising the link to http://www.indiegogo.com/half-life. In that order precisely.

As of 6 Mar 2013, there are only 28 days left to raise the money! The filmmakers currently have only 7% of the funding they require. If they don't reach their goal, you'll simply get less episodes or less quality of episodes. The filmmakers ARE NOT making any money off of this project. They are providing their time and expertise for free. Why? Because they love Half-Life (and because I assume they want to build a name for themselves, but that is fine with me).
