Junior Varsity Gamer is a competitively oriented community for Team Fortress 2. The servers are no crits on a competitive rotation, and yes, that means no 2fort, no Hydro, and no unproven custom maps, From a recruiting standpoint, we look for (in order of importance) a good attitude, a certain degree of skill, and a considerable amount of experience. As for the factor of skill, it's up to you to find out how much makes the cut.
