{JOC} The new multigame community!

Happy New 2010 to all JOCs,
Here a short report about the community chat we had this night togeter.
Miglio has his own problems. So we all togeter keep on JOC on this path:

{JOC}Crafton: Well like I was saying to Risky before, I think the main problem is that the group lacks focus. We should enter a tournement so that we have something to work towards
{JOC} ZOC - Latte di Suocera: Crafton is the one that has put on a server where we can play on. Since our server has no many admin update we cannot play and manage the server.
{JOC}Crafton: yeah I don't mind hosting the server
{JOC}Crafton: what do you guys think to the tournement idea?
{JOC}The Risky[??]: you took it off a while ago?
{JOC}The Risky[??]: i think,yes
{JOC}Crafton: (I updated the server yesterday)
{JOC}Flame: I think the tournament is a good idea
{JOC}The Risky[??]: but how about we sugesting a game that we're gonna be focusing on

How to manage server

{JOC} ZOC - Latte di Suocera: Craft: are there some command lines that all of us can understand how to let them work by a copy/paste for the main server functions: change map, map start, kick player and others?
{JOC} ZOC - Latte di Suocera: so we will have a main consol command list and yo crafton are online yo are suppoused to be the one that admins it. IF you are not online we have to make a leadership here: me, risky, reaver, felix, in order. We all have the command list and Craft teach us how to use them properly

{JOC}Crafton: I shall put it in the annocements on the server
{JOC} ZOC - Latte di Suocera: How much time is suppoused to be request to prepare it?
{JOC}Crafton: I'll try and get everything ready tomorrow (at least the basics)

{JOC} ZOC - Latte di Suocera: I think xfire is the best way. Wen yo are online I/Craft will pass it

{JOC}Crafton: I was thinking about just putting it in a webpage
{JOC} Felix: ok
{JOC}Crafton: possibly a wiki

TF2 Leadership in general

Crafton - new server owner.
When he is online he manages his own server.
Than in the order: latte, risky, reaver, felix, brain

Latte - Community manager (organizie, let join people and the same stuff I do for all since 2 years ago)

Suggestion
-Use all time Xfire
-Try to make a good relationship with all actual JOC members
-Try to find some good players and ask me for recruitments
-Try to buy a microphone and use it in game!
