exactly thats what I encountered too. It is so annoying once you have your level and can level up and one hour later its resetted and you even can´t level up.

Well database problems again...It's odd when it wants to work I get lag on the opening splash screen videos, but when the database problem is occurring the opening videos have no lag at all.
