I created arcade mode because I was on Doom 2016 at the time, and it had an arcade mode so I got inspired by it. Honestly in retrospect it doesn't add a lot of value to the overall game. Just a little for fun bonus. I don't plan to feature it again in PX. In the end it's tough because I think in Doom 2016, Sleeping Dogs etc, they also had ranks, and it's always filled with literal 9999999999 scores.
