•We may have as many PVT-CPL as needed
•We may have 5 SGTs
•We may have 4 SSGs
•We may have 2 SFCs
•We may have 2 MSG
•We may have 2 1SGs
•We may have 2 SGMs
•We may have 1 CSM
•We may have 1 SMB

•We may have 6 LTs, each watching over a group of 3 NCOs
•We may have 3 CPT/MAJ, each watching over a group of 2 LTs
•We may have 1 LTC/COL, who watches over the 3 CPT/MAJs
•We may have 1 XO, who assists CMD Gree with battalion organization

•The SMB will be watched directly by CMD Gree
•When a position opens up, a meeting will be held to decide who gets the position
•Each NCO/CO will represent a lower ranking
•Their job is to guide these lower rankings
•COs/NCOs have permission to demote their rankings if they are not doing their job
•However, one of the lower rankings must step up to take their position if it is an NCO+
