Windows XP is not supported with the latest version of Idle Master as it has been created using the .NET Framework 4.5 which is not available on that platform.

The old Python version of Idle Master should work fine with Windows XP, it can be found here: LINK[github.com]

This error means that Idle Master and Steam aren't running in the same user context. In most cases, this means that Steam is being launched as an administrator while Idle Master has been launched as a user. You can either launch Idle Master as the administrator, or launch Steam as the user, and this should resolve the issue.

Judging from your paste, it seems the application couldn't be installed because the steamidlemaster.com server was overloaded at the time. Can you try the installation again? Does it give the same error message?

The length of time between card drops is something set by the publishers/developers on Steam. Most games are about 30 minutes between drops, but every game is slightly different. Some games take upwards of 8+ hours to idle!

Unfortunately, there isn't anything Idle Master can do to speed up the process, only automate it by moving between games automatically.

For some reason, Idle Master isn't detecting that you have multiple badge pages. If it were, you'd get "3 badge pages found. Gathering additional data" immediately after "Finding games that have card drops remaining". It would look similar to this:

Like I said, this should be resolved with the latest version of Idle Master. (https://github.com/jshackles/idle_master/archive/master.zip) It doesn't make sense that Idle Master would be able to successfully connect to your badges page with your cookie information yet not determine that you had multiple badge pages and gather the additional information.

Windows 8 can be a bit tricky sometimes. Did you run the start program as an administrator?

Do you have the latest version of Idle Master installed? Try redownloading it from Github[github.com] and see if this corrects the problem. Idle Master was updated when they introduced pagination to account for it, and it should say something like "3 pages found" in the logs before it grabs the games from all of the pages.

There is potentially an issue if your Steam page isn't in English, but if you're affected by that it shouldn't have picked up any games at all to begin with.

Also, does your badges screen have multiple pages? That could help narrow down the issue.
