Idle Master not giving me the right amount of cards...
2
How does this program work?
There are two stages to getting cards. First stage is a "recent" addition due to the changes in the refund policy, you must have 2 hours of playtime before normal drop rates start. During this stage Idle Master will run all your games at once (up to 30 simultaneous games). Idle Master will repeat this step until all Steam Trading Card enabled games have 2 hours of playtime.

The second stage is actually getting the cards. The rate cards drop is set by the game's developer. Most games will drop roughly every 30 minutes but some games are set for 1 hour per drop, there is an element of random time. Officially running multiple games will make the drops less frequent but there have been reports that it now completely prevents drops so Idle Master will only run 1 game at a time during this stage. Once a game has received all of its allotted drops, Idle Master should automatically switch to the next game that has remaining drops.

Non-F2P games only give half (rounded up) the total number of cards in the set. (E.G. Half Life 2 has 8 cards in the set so playing it will only give 4 cards). Duplicates will count against this number. Trading/Selling/Using the cards will not give you additional/replacement cards.

F2P games do not give any cards for adding them to your inventory, instead you must spend 9$US for each drop you want.

So I came across this unbelievable program ,but I still don't know how to make it work ..like how do I earn cards and if there is a way..how do you make this faster?
What happens when you start it? Without knowing what's going wrong we can't tell you how to fix it.

The default set up should be the optimal settings, there's not much you can do to speed it up.

i have 39 games on steam, many of them i know that give cool and valuable cards, but idle master just found 4
Double check your Badges page to make sure you have drops remaining in those other games. Non-F2P games give half (rounded up) of the total number of cards in that set. Duplicates count against your allotted amount of free cards. Trading/Selling/Using cards does not grant you additional/replacement cards.

Just to clarify where you'll need to look, the yellow boxes in this image show the proper area on the game cards

[...]games that i think dont support cards, they are:
Half Life 2(old);
Day of Defeat: Source(oooold);
Point Perfect(a poor game);
Really Big Sky{another poor game).
All 4 games do have cards, you can check by visiting their Store page and looking at the attributes pane above the listing of supported languages. You may think they shouldn't have cards, but Valve has decided to leave that decision to the game's Developer rather than play arbiter.

I want cards from games like:
Portal;
Portal 2;
L4D2;
Saints Row 3;
Sanic All Stars Racing;
Trine 2;
L4D 1 WHATHEVER
but no that 4 games, can anyone please help?
Portal and L4D1 don't have cards, the rest do have cards and Idle Master will get you cards if you have drops remaining. If you do not have drops remaining and want cards, you need to either trade for them, purchase them off the market, or wait patiently for booster packs.
