How many STC games did you have with less than 2 hours of play time? You do not get any cards for the first 2 hours of playtime. Idle Master prioritizes getting all games with remaining drops up to 2 hours of playtime before it starts idling for cards. If you have 2 games running completely individually it would take 4 hours just to clear the initial timer.

Voxilized dropped cards after 15 minutes? That should not happen since it has less than 2 hours of playtime. The two hour timer is monitored by Valve's servers and there is no way for Idle Master (or any other program) to get around this limitation.

If you mean you started getting cards from Squishy the Suicidal Pig, you have over 2 hours of playtime so that's normal. If you purchased Voxilized and Defy Gravity before receiving all your Squishy the Suicidal Pig cards, then you will have to wait until both Voxilized and Defy Gravity have 2 hours of playtime before Idle Master will resume idling it.

Supposed to happen. Non-Free To Play games only drop half (rounded up) the number of cards in the set. Trading/Selling/Using those cards will not give you additional/replacement cards.

If you want the remaining cards you have 3 options:
1) Purchase them off the Market
2) Trade with other users
3) wait patiently for a booster pack

Is it saying you only have 2 games, or just that you haven't received cards yet? If it's just saying 2 games with drops remaining, double check your Badges page to make sure you actually have more than 2 games with drops remaining. The yellow boxes in this image show where to look.

Due to changes in the refund policy, you now need 2 hours of playtime before normal card drops start. Idle Master prioritizes getting all STC enabled games to the 2 hour mark before it starts idling games for cards. Since you have STC games with less than 2 hours of playtime, you are not yet at the point where you will receive cards.

There have been requests for Idle Master to prioritize getting cards over getting all eligible games to 2 hours, but currently there is no good way to accomplish this.

Check your Badges page to make sure you have games with remaining drops. The yellow boxes in this image indicate where to look.

Non-F2P games give half (rounded up) of the total number of cards in the set. Duplicates will count against your allotted drops. Trading/Selling/Using those cards will not give you additional/replacement drops.

Is it failing to start at all? Failing to connect to Steam? Jumping immediately to Idling Complete? Something different completly?

Double check your Badges page to make sure those games have drops remaining. F2P games do not give drops just for adding them to your library, you must spend 9$US for each drop. Non-F2P games give half (rounded up) the number of drops as the total number of cards in that set. Duplicates will count against your allotted number of drops. Trading/Selling/Using cards will not give you additional/replacement drops.

After the initial 2 hours of play time, idling more than 1 game at a time is worse than idling them one at a time. If memory serves there's a setting if you really want to do it, but it's counter productive to enable it.

There is no known method to reset drops, nor earn additional drops.
