You need to actually own the games to get cards. Running Idle Master is no different than actually downloading the game and playing it yourself. IM just eliminates the downloading of he game.

I have not updated manually in a while because the program updates itself when jshackles pushes an update out.

On that note it did update itself a few days ago with a small patch (no version change so no update notes in the program) and it still works just fine.

As far as AV goes I use Comodo and have no false positives.

Yes, Idle Master (IM) is safe to idle for cards no matter how many you have left.

Just DO NOT play any games, especially VAC games like CS:GO, while IM is running. If you want to play any games exit/close IM to be safe.

It's very doubtful you have 30+ games to get cards from and IM says you have none.

Go to your badge page it will tell you there if you have games that you can get cards from. Look for the GREEN PLAY button on a badge. If that is there that game has free card drops left. If no game has that then all the free drops you can get are gone, you already got them. Free card drops are not unlimited and IM is not a magical program that can get you more.

Yes you can use Idle Master on VAC games.

Just DO NOT USE Idle Master and play a game at the same time.

Either play a game normally or use IM. Never do the both together with VAC enabled games (or for any game for that matter) . There is a risk of a VAC ban when you run IM and play a VAC enabled game.

Also with Idle Master you do not need to download hte games. If you have games with available free cards you will see a green PLAY button on your badge page.
