Idle Master can only idle 3 games out of the 40 I have
Is there any possible way to idle any more games? Because I am positive I have over 40 games in my library, but the Idle Master idles only 3 of the games out of my entire library. Is there any possible way to correct this? Looking forward to using this program more if there is a way to fix this!

Not every game on Steam has trading cards, and Idle Master won't idle games that don't have any drops remaining. If you visit your badges page (http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/my/badges/) do you see more than three games that have card drops remaining?

Ah, I understand now. Is it possible to have acquire any more cards after its says that there are no more cards remaining?

not through idle master, you are eligible for booster packs then
