This should be a steam feature
You should really try to contact Valve with this. Its really helpful thing and i think a lot more people should know about this little gem

Nah, you normally get cards from playing. So Valve or w/e want you to play the game for a longer time.

True but this software is mainly for games you dont want to play or dont have the time to download them. So this would still be a very good feature to have in my opinion

If they made this a "feature" of Steam then they might as well just give you the cards right away.
