No cool downs. I know people who have done it for over 500 cards.

I do find that once you get to like a small handful of games, like 4 or 5, it drops less doing this. So I usually just let IM idle the last 10 -12 cards itself.

You can idle multiple games to the 2 hour mark.

But to get card drops to drop at a normal pace you should only idle 1 game at a time. Like how IM is programed to do. Anything more than 1 game at a time will make cards drops at a MUCH slower rate.

IM is programed to be as efficient as it can possibly be to get cards to drop as fast as possible.

there is no longer any need for this seperate program.

The latest IdleMaster will already idle the max games that is allowed by the Steam Client to the 2 hour mark then idle each individual gamne for cards after it has done the batch idle to get all your games to 2 hours.

Not for me it's not. Getting no help with my issue at all (where it continues to idle another game simultaneously in the background thereby preventing other games dropping cards). Will have to start using this SAM as I'm having too many issues with Idle Master.

2- From reading what you said .. because Idle Master Idles multiple games at once no games drop cards. That is Valve doinghtat not Idle Master. Valve put in a system to prevent people from running many games at once to quickly get cards. This was done a LOOONG time ago.

When Valve introduced the refund system they also quickly afterwords made it so card drops do not happen until two hours are recorded for the game.

To counter this Idle Master is now designed to idle all your games that have cards to the two hour mark. It does this on batches of 30 as this is all Steam can handle being run at one time. So if you have 30+ games to get to this two hour mark it will take 2 hours for every group of 30.

Once all your games are at the 2 hour mark it will go in to single idle mode and idle games one at a time to get you your card drops.

All of which SAM CAN NOT DO....

SO you can continue to Idle with same all your games one at a time and take 10x as long to get your card drops. OR you can understand how IM works and realize it will drastically cut down on the time it takes to get cards.

i say it because most people don't actually have games with card drops. If IM says that it typically means it scanned your badge page for cards and found none. Thus the "Idle Complete" message.

What games do you have that still have card drops?

Idle complete means you have no cards to idle for....

Look at your badge page if games have cards it will say it there.

If you have games under 2 hours in your library those games WILL NOT drop cards until they have a two hour playtime. This is a new policy because of the Refund system Valve recently introduced.

IM will run in a multi-game idle moe where it will idle up to 30 games at a time to get them to the 2 hour mark so they are eligable for card drops. During this time card drops are VERY unlikly due to multiple games running. Once all your games are at 2 hours IM will switch to single-game idle mode where you will then get card drops at their normal rate.

When IM is in multi-game mode the message on the app window will say "## games left to idle, ## idle now".

If the last part says any number from 2-31 (example: 5 games left to idle, 2 idle now) it is in multi-game mode. You just need to wait for it to mass idle your games to two hours.

If the last part says 1 idle now it is in single-game idle mode.

IM does not need any "temporary" fixes. While some people are experiencing legitimite issues it appears MOST have no idea how IM works now or seem to think it is a magic program that can just pull cards out of a hat (pun intended).

1- F2P games do not drop cards unless you spend $9USD on in-game purchases.
2- Card drops are not unlimited.

You do understand how the new IM workd with the new 2 hour playtime before cards drop right
