UPDATE REQUIRED
There has been some changes since last week:

- Running 2 games at the same time will NO LONGER give you any drops.
- Using IDLEmaster it will only give drops for 1 game. After that no more drops. If you restart IDLEmaster the same will happen. Only drops for the first game you IDLE.

So you need to make it so that the Idlemaster CLOSES the game and waits for about 2 minutes until it OPENS the next game.

drops everything fine for me... the lack of drops from one game to another you are seeing is probably the new 2 hour wait on card drops Valve implemented recently.

Cards will not drop for the first 2 hours of playtime/ idle time. this is because of hte new refund policy.

as far as running two games at same time. it was never recommened to do that as it kills drop rates makng cards drop much slower than running one game at a time.

no. i idle all night (that means 8 hours in game with no drops).... only the first game gives drops.
then close idlemaster and run it again and it starts dropping at normal rate (15 mins each)

I tested this for about a week before I posted this.
The change happened after Steam Summer Sale started.

This i would like to know as well... A few months ago i ran IdleMaster for about 70 card drops no problem.. Got it easily in a few days. Now i have 180 card drops remaining and it seems as if i earn cards for 1 or 2 games ( i get 6-8 cards) and nothing else happens. The game is still running.... And i've been idling ALL day..

So just to clarify one more time... I would like to add this happened not when they introduced refunds... but when Steam Summer Sale started.

So the "two hour" rule was put up so Valve can counter people "idling" for cards, then asking for a refund eh?

I'm seeing an issue where, pretty reliably, I have to sign out and back in on the idle program every 16-24 hours or it gets stuck at "checking for drops".
