this is my official Steam Group for all mod users,fans and friends!
I created this group to get in touch with everyone who usees my mods!

I think you need to put a black layer under the decal, otherwise it won't work. It will block the normal colors from shining through and should normally come in the folder. I am not so involved with Rocket League modding too, correct me if I am wrong :)
