Hi all,

Sorry for vanishing for several months after making a big show of things. I can't really express how guilty I feel about leaving you all hanging. A whole lot of life stuff came up over and over without letting up: after getting married, my wife and I have decided to move to Japan, which created bureaucratic headaches, logistical challenges, and lots of home renovation to get our house ready to sell. I never thought I'd see a resonance cascade, let alone create one...

Anyway, I hope I haven't completely crushed your hopes and desire for a reunion. I'm free on the following weekends:

  • October 24 - 25
  • November 7 - 8
  • November 14 - 15
  • November 21 - 22

Any of that work for the rest of you? Let me know. Thanks!

Posting again on a Saturday (prime online gamer hours) to see if I can grab a few more people from the group.

I'm also a very busy guy in real life, about to get married, among other major middle age life milestones. I appreciate your patience, and the reunion is definitely still on. <3

Wow didn't know you guys made a group. I still have a backup of our old svencoop server that I hosted all those years ago.

The plan is definitely to play some Sven on a night in the near future. I'm gonna line up some future announcements in this group in hopes I can get more peoples' attention and figure out which dates work for everyone. Watch this space. If you're in touch with any peeps who haven't reached out yet, please let 'em know it's happening.

I don't think HLSS works anymore but boy those were wild times. Good ol' 2000's internet. Sven's still going strong, though!

You know its been ages since i looked into the members we still have among us in the community group... longer since i looked at it at all to be completely honest. It is sad to see some of our own no longer listed, wherever they are those gone I hope life goes well. It will be good to see the few of us who remain at the reunion.
