HIGHRATED born just from an idea to be best in CS 1.6 public server, of course they did it and that was small but stimulating step count to reach new hights. At the moment HIGHRATED team is enjoying the pleasure which is being gave by playing CS and it means that team isn't in a mood like playing game seriously. It's more than leisure time activity that they are enjoying a lot. Furthermore they are playing small online cups to improve the performance of the team.
