Help! My Feet Smell

For the past few months I have worn socks 24/7, and recently my feet and toes have been very sensitive. Skin between the toes was peeling and my feet were itchy, so I stopped wearing socks a few days ago.

Since then, my feet have been a bit less sensitive, but they ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ smell! Will the smell eventually go away on its own or do I need to do something? I can't stand this smell, it travels with me all the time, I hope my family can't smell it!
What can I do?
