Please read the following, as it has important information about some changes and downtime in the next few days.

We are upgrading all our servers to run on SSD's
Our Ashburn servers have now been upgraded, and a few of you transfered, you will have a seperate email if you are one of them.
All the details have remained the same, however the URL's have changed for the control panels.

Ashburn 1 is now at: sesm-ash1.hostaspace.com
Ashburn 2 is now at: sesm-ash2.hostaspace.com


We are moving to upgrade Amsterdam next.

We will be most likely upgrading on Friday the 7th of november. The downtime will be for 12 hours between 7am GMT+1 and 7pm GMT+1 on that day. (07/11/2014) for everyone on the Amsterdam server.
This is dependent on the upgrade going smoothly, and there are no issues with the upgrade. If there are, and the downtime goes past 7pm EST, even by 1 minuete, those whom are effected will be credited with one extra day added onto their month.
This date is not set in stone, if it turns out that the times/dates change, you will receive anouther email. named: Amsterdam server upgrade UPDATE

There may be changes to the following:
- IP/ports
- Passwords
- Control panel URL

All of your saves and config will be transfered, and an email will be sent out to you individually with any updated details that the upgrade has caused.

We apologies for the inconvenience this will cause you all.
However we think it is a needed and essential upgrade, which will benefit you all through the increased performance.
