New player of the week and elections

New player of the week is KampfKeks<3 !
I know that week players werent picked so often and i would like to say sorry,for now,me and co-leader FrixionFX will try to make this an actual event,that will take its place every week =)

Also we will be making a coucil,out of 5 members,rules are the following: Each member can participate,all it takes is to message me,and you are in,the end line for applications is May 9th...Then we will call up a voting,all members will vote,and the top 5 will be elected ! Leaders can not participate (Prince OSB and FrixionFX)
