The Ham Shank Crime Family - Nothing Personal, Just Personal Business

Gentlemen, it has been a significant amount of time since rival entities have been interfering with our business activities. Even I'll admit, some of us are very rusty. Almost as rusty as the frying pans we've been melting down for scrap even. But the word on the street is Team Fortress 2 is running rampant with both pan handlers and this other inferior organization known as The Drinkin Buddies. Ever since the collapse of the Iron Demoknights and the Pan Militia, no one's really had the balls to step up. But a lot of these guys are ignorant of the history, and continue to test our patience.

To those not familiar who the Drinkin Buddies are: they're essentially a group of 40 year old drunkards, who queue together in large parties, and harass individuals on 2fort. Where we represent the Ham, they represent the Bottle - not just in name, but in Spirit. Raids and Patrols have increasingly reported encounters with these individuals deliberately targeting Ham Mafia blood. In many cases they get demolished, but it's going to take more concentration onto 2fort in order to really send a message. People are forgetting our name, and we are losing the momentum that we had previously. Expansion's been stagnant, and we've been dragging our balls on the floor.

IN ORDER TO COMBAT THE RISE OF INFERIOR MELEE, HAM MAFIA WILL BE GOING ON THE OFFENSIVE AND TRIPLING OUR EXPANSION IMMEDIATELY

Regimes will be tripling the raid output, and with the rise of HMNetworks it'll be an easy steamroll. Caporegimes will be given orders to go on the offensive, and do their own part as autonomous units. Regular meetings will commence in order to strategically demolish any resistance. Now's the time to step up, so follow the orders of your Caporegimes and do what must be done. We'll be sending these unemployed drunks back to their wife and kids. Prepare to face the Meaty Might of the Hamily Business.

Remember that we're all unified under one Organization, one melee weapon, and one Chain of Hammand. The things we have achieved, irregardless of whatever the inferior think of us, have been monumental. The Ham Mafia is one, if not the MOST ambitious group, community, organization, or entity in all of Team Fortress 2. Our efforts into EMC, HMNetworks, the Website, the Competitive Teams, and the HMYT have been staggering. If we want to continue to expand our efforts into these lucrative projects, we must be able to maintain the foundation and reputation as who we are, and always will be. If we do not do this, we risk stretching our resources too thin. Strong Crews, strong leaders, and strong soldiers - means an unbreakable foundation for the entire Hamily.
