The Hamily Business (aka. The Ham Mafia, the Hamily, The Hammy House, etc) was founded on September 30, 2018. It's a place with renown history and originally based in Team Fortress 2. It has faced many rivalries including the Pan Militia, The Fish Gang, the Pan Mafia, the Iron Demoknights, other melee based groups, and itself. The server was originally founded by the Donfather, followed by Fist Full O' Spam, Right Ham Man, and Hamford as Underboss Enforcement. With the Bosses came Caporegimes leading subgroups of soldiers into battle. As the Hamily grew and spread, its base and influence spread as well, dealing with many controversies and strengthening its own ideals for years to come, the ideals that only one item and group will prosper. - the Ham Shank and the Hamily Business.

ATTENTION. DRINKING BUDDIES & PAN MAFIA ON THE RISE

Gentlemen, it has been a significant amount of time since rival entities have been interfering with our business activities. Even I'll admit, some of us are very rusty. Almost as rusty as the frying pans we've been melting down for scrap even. But the word on the street is Team Fortress 2 is running rampant with both pan handlers and this other inferior organization known as The Drinkin Buddies. Ever since the collapse of the Iron Demoknights and the Pan Militia, no one's really had the balls to step up. But a lot of these guys are ignorant of the history, and continue to test our patience.

To those not familiar who the Drinkin Buddies are: they're essentially a group of 40 year old drunkards, who queue together in large parties, and harass individuals on 2fort. Where we represent the Ham, they represent the Bottle - not just in name, but in Spirit. Raids and Patrols have increasingly reported encounters with these individuals deliberately targeting Ham Mafia blood. In many cases they get demolished, but it's going to take more concentration onto 2fort in order to really send a message. People are forgetting our name, and we are losing the momentum that we had previously. Expansion's been stagnant, and we've been dragging our balls on the floor.

IN ORDER TO COMBAT THE RISE OF INFERIOR MELEE, HAM MAFIA WILL BE GOING ON THE OFFENSIVE AND TRIPLING OUR EXPANSION IMMEDIATELY

Regimes will be tripling the raid output, and with the rise of HMNetworks it'll be an easy steamroll. Caporegimes will be given orders to go on the offensive, and do their own part as autonomous units. Regular meetings will commence in order to strategically demolish any resistance. Now's the time to step up, so follow the orders of your Caporegimes and do what must be done. We'll be sending these unemployed drunks back to their wife and kids. Prepare to face the Meaty Might of the Hamily Business.

WE DO A LITTLE TROLLING

Remember that we're all unified under one Organization, one melee weapon, and one Chain of Hammand. The things we have achieved, irregardless of whatever the inferior think of us, have been monumental. The Ham Mafia is one, if not the MOST ambitious group, community, organization, or entity in all of Team Fortress 2. Our efforts into EMC, HMNetworks, the Website, the Competitive Teams, and the HMYT have been staggering. If we want to continue to expand our efforts into these lucrative projects, we must be able to maintain the foundation and reputation as who we are, and always will be. If we do not do this, we risk stretching our resources too thin. Strong Crews, strong leaders, and strong soldiers - means an unbreakable foundation for the entire Hamily.

HAPPY HAMIVERSARY - 7 YEARS

As you all know, today is September 30th, which marks the Ham Mafia as 7 years old because the Organization was founded September 30th 2018. It has since been an incredible, ambitious, and infamous journey. The quantities in which the Hamily Business has achieved is quite ridiculous, and we continue to strive to expand our influences indefinitely.

It is our prerogative to launch the HMYT as a fresh channel, to continue to participate into competitive, maintaining HMNetworks, and to eventually launch the infamous EMC. If you have any further suggestions on how to expand our base, or ways you can help/contribute - feel free to step up as we celebrate 7 years of stomping pan handlers. Every entity or group that has crossed paths with us in a negative light, has been terminated either by Father Time or 3rd party factors (no further comment).

ANNUAL PROPAHAMDA CONTEST 2025
To celebrate 7 years, we will continue the longstanding tradition of the Annual Propahamda Contest. Propahamda has historically been important to the Ham Mafia because it convinces others to join our cause, but also shows that we're a community of culture.

We expect the best of the best, the more effort and creativity you put in - higher chance you got of winning. All forms of media will be accepted, including but not limited to: posters, drawings, sfm animations, and physical pieces.

Winners will be decided by the Bosses, the Caporegimes, the Giustos (if they are not competing) and Caleb Hutt (leader of the Propahamda Division / Ministry of Propahamda). All entries will go in #contest-entry-2025 (on the Discord), ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and conversations are discouraged. Repeat offenses within the text channel may result in a disqualification from the contest, or a mute for the entire duration of the contest.

Rules
- DEADLINE: OCTOBER 14th 2025, 12 PM PST / 3 PM EST
- You must include the amount of time that was spent to create the Propahamda Piece in your submission, alongside an appropriate title
- The art can be any form, physical/digital: (GIFs, posters, projects, photoshop, memes, texturepacks, wallpapers, assets, videos, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ marble sculpture for all that it matters)
- All entries MUST be related to Ham Mafia in some way, shape, or form
- The work must be yours (no ♥♥♥♥)
- NO previous entries or submitting pre-made work. Entries must've been created/worked on during the duration of this year's contest (this will be checked)
- You can submit as many entries as you'd like, but they must be sent in the #contest-entry-2025 channel to count.

Prizes
1st place: Haunted Ghosts Unusual Yule Hog gifted by the Donfather (for the upcoming Halloween season ofc)
2nd place: Professional Genuine KS Ham Shank
3rd Place: Specialized Genuine KS Ham Shank

The judging period will commence immediately after the deadline, and may last up to 24 hours. Channel will be locked at the deadline.
