Team Fortress 2 Highlander Team

Wanted to make a little tribute to the very very first GOLD team, especially to:

AfterBurner: "it requires skills to play engy you know?!" also the guy who explained me what the hell was competitive tf2 and why the ♥♥♥♥ i have to suicide on pl maps while defending. I would have never ever created this whole thing without him. Not to mention that he is still following me in my silly projects. He keeps blaming me for everything but that's fine. <3

Mr. Devlar: the guy who loves math and shooting rockets screaming "medic is ♥♥♥♥♥♥", he tried to teach me how to breathe to stop me from raging but....heh, it doesn't work mate! When he proposed me to call us Grumpy Old men Club, while he was thinking about a bunch of people smoking cigars and drinking old whiskey, i said "hell yeah".

Kater: the man who lives far far faaar away in the mountains, best mic ever, best demoman ever, just a war machine. He never cared at all about calls, positions and ♥♥♥♥, give him a stickybomb launcher and kritz and he is gonna destroy the entire world.

Coopxr: met this guy on kater's own server and well, i remember he asked me to play scout in the beginning....now look at what the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ heavy he is, pleasure to have forced him to play fat man. He knows everything and everyone, his calls were just epic. And most important, his youtube links were the best of the best. Still remember an official when he started screaming "BIG PLAYS BIG PLAYS BIIIIG PLAAAAYSSSSS" when he was the only one alive raping the enemy team alone.

Bach: played with him for ages on an italian pub since i asked him to play pyro for us, he took only 2 days to learn how to and then he started burning the entire world. Best laugh ever, especially when full of beer.

Barcode: best pc, best connection ever, even better than mine. Between a crash and a "vaffanculo, porca troia" he was actually meatshotting stuff. He loves cosmetic, especially unusual hats. .....nah, he hates everything to be honest. I believe he broke his own old pc throwing it down to the stairs, but we have no proof about it.

Octo & Doktor: 2 medics, 2 different worlds. The time Octo has spent staying quiet and calm is exactly the same Doktor spent screaming and shouting around. "SPY SPY SPY SPY SPY SPYYY SPYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY, I SAID SPY!!!!!!" Can't remember how many times i laughed without pushing to talk :D

Tuco Salamanca: from netherlands with love, this guy was literally full of drugs every night, best accent ever, everything he was saying made me laugh hard, like "i'm running around like a chicken without a head". This guy.... shame he had to move on another country and then quitted the whole game.

Faxizel: "shake it baby" my favourite chico bonito, best dj. The evenings with him, devlar and Tuco in the same mumble channel were just crazy. I remember the day he shared his own photos with us and clearly stated " NO OMO" as i remember well when he suggested to kater to "smoke some creatine dude!"

IdjiotSLO: "i don't have time to play as main" lies, LIES my man, you were always there when we needed you to be in, best reliability ever. He played every single class available, i guess he would have played also a 10th class if there was the chance. I also just discovered you're gonna be dad soon (daddy...daddy coool, daddy, daddy cooool). Congrats m88888 :D

Kickbubblegum: i truly believe there's no one on this world more calm and polite than this guy. He tried hard to keep me in the good mood everytime. Can't say how many times i wrote to him hundreds and hundreds of words and he always listened and understood me. He deserves to be a saint if there's a sort of heaven ;) oh yeah, he was also pretty damn good in backstabbing sentries and disguising as a dispenser.

John: it took me just more than 3 months to convince him to try to play competitive, well done Alice, well ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ done. Okay, sometimes he didn't showed up for scrims and ♥♥♥♥ because he was falling asleep at 19 pm. That's fine man, finnish people are finnish, nothing you can do about it. "MED DOWN" with his deeply / drunky / sleepy voice was the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ best thing to hear everytime. I still remember the day he came on mumble completely drunk because of some finnish holiday, jesus christ, i never laughed so hard. You can still find him in every sort of jump maps. Someone got an addiction here, hello?!


Thank you everyone for that awesome experience, i still hope some day we will play again all together.
