Welcome to the Griffin League.

This is a Blockstorm league designed to keep members active and in training.

Blockstorm is a really great game. Really. It deserves more attention, and more players in its servers.

And the last thing it needs is for the players it already has leaving, and moving on to more competitive games and environments, such as Counter Strike or other skill-based FPS games.

This league was made to try to emulate that, as well as possible, in Blockstorm. To emulate team strategy. Tactics. Long term vision. Team roles. Set plays. Competitive play, based on skill and squad co-ordination.

I'll be frank, this league accepts none but the best. We love to see new players coming in and playing for fun, but the Griffin League is not the place to mess around. This is a professional outlet with real risks and real costs, so we'd appreciate it if you take this seriously, and not sign up if you don't think you have a shot.

~ CALLING ALL TEAM LEADERS ~

Hello everyone. This announcement is mainly intended for team leaders and co-leaders.

A decent amount of time has passed since the founding of this group and the last time I have interacted with most of you on affairs regarding the Griffin League.

However, do not hink that is because the League is not going to happen. Rest assured, when all teams are prepared we will start as soon as possible.

To all team leaders without completed teams: Please hurry. Plenty of time has passed since most of you said you would make your own teams, and you are keeping everyone waiting, and potentially jeopardizing whether this actually is seen through or not. Please recruit as soon as possible.

To all team leaders with completed teams: Make sure that your team has a name, and that name is given to me. Also make sure you have your entry fee ready, which will be $1 per person/$5 per team. See the "Prizes" thread in the Discussions page of this group to see what is allowed, and what is not.

Thank you all for your time, I hope we'll have this started very soon.
