1. Create a black box
2. Write any text on the box and increase size
3. Select Path > Object to Path
4. Duplicate Text
5. Change the color of the initial text
6. Select object > Sketch to fillet
7. Increase thr blur by 7%
8. Place the duplicated text on the old text
