Gaining momentum... (Updated 9/18/2015)

The Gloom 2 project is a community based effort to re-create one of the greatest teamplay games ever. Gloom was the inspiration for a lot of popular online teamplay multiplayer games. This project is not only going to bring it back into the public eye, but update everything about it while maintaining the original gameplay mechanics.

Gloom 2 will be made using UE4, the Unreal Engine. I have a team of dedicated coders as well as a new modeler/artist. This group is just a spring board for a place to post info about where we are and what is left to do. Until we get a website up and working.

**Currently the game is in development. A team has been assembled, and I have started working on all the documentation and planning out the project. So far we have our complete development environment set up. We still could use artists of all types, so send me a message if interested.

CODING:
A lot of coding done that will help us get Gloom 2 off the ground. Multiplayer set up, teams set up, and team spawn points. Various other coded functions included. Up next: Coding the menu for choosing a team.

We are close to having the base set up so the game itself can be coded properly. UE4 is VERY bare bones, thus we are having to code a lot of extra stuff that is not included in the engine yet.
