A cry for help from the TF2 community

In november 2012 I conducted a survey of average gamers, asking what they thought the hardest online PC game was. The results were shocking. Team Fortress 2, the most diverse game of all time, was voted 3rd (second being Minecraft, and first "my mother"). I'm sure you understand the importance of this; TF2 prides itself for its friendly community, and we wouldn't want it to become some kind of fascist hivemind, would we? Also, we found the two most popular classes among new players to be Pyro and Spy. This suggests that new players are perfectly competent at movement, and well able to use classic spy and pyro strategy of getting close to enemies and wildly attacking, and that their main difficulty is with the aiming itself. By giving aimbots to new players this would largely fix the problem, allowing new players to compete with those more experienced.

It is worth noting that this is in fact the second solution to the problem, we originally planned to give the F2Ps free hats, which would make them roughly as good as most traders, but unfortunately, there were costs involved.
