Guilty Gear XX#R:
Step 1: Go to http://ggxx.wingdreams.net/
Step 2: Download GGXX and the Netplay Patch
Step 3: Unzip GGXX first, then the Netplay Patch into the same folder
Step 4: Read the readme, ♥♥♥♥ around with your options and tweak your settings (don't set Delay less than 4)
Step 5: Play

If you have even more problems, post a comment or something and somebody will do their best to help you, but ultimately you'll get better results if you just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ google it.

You can use the steam group chat to set up matches if you want. Please post your GGXX name in the comments section or something so we know how to find you.
