Guarda de Irlande

The Guarda de Irlande is an elite force of men, similar to grenadiers, who defend the United Irish Empire from attack at home, in Ireland itself. After the French Invasion of 1798, coupled with the Irish Rebellion that year, Ireland was given its freedom. However, Revolutionary France became Ireland`s protector, in name only. The Guarda was formed in 1800, comprising of 50% French grenadiers who have agreed to serve the Irish Emperor and settle in Ireland, and the remaining 50% of Elite Irish troops. They were the best Ireland had to offer, strong, skilled fighters, whilst well educated and cultured, not like most infantry regiments in Europe at the time.


The Guards of Ireland are men who would lay down their lives to protect Freedom and Righteousness of The United Empire!
