This curator group was created to provide end-users with information they may not be aware of, so they can make informed decisions for themselves about whether they want to continue to buy games or play them. This may include clauses/provisions in 3rd-Party EULAs, terms of use, subscriber agreements, problematic privacy policies/practices, or other issues that may concern consumers.

I support a no-strings-attached gaming experience where I can purchase and play a game without needing a law expert to break down what provisions actually violate my rights or privacy as a consumer.

The lists/reviews are not written as a scare tactic or to incite review-bombing, and I have no interest in discussing the lists with people who don't care about anti-consumerism and privacy. The purpose of this curator group is to expose easily-overlooked exploitations of gamers by game companies.
