Announcement titles may be confusing till you read this. the accual title of the announcement comes first followed by a dash. such as: Announcements-
then a description follows:
how they work
to create the whole thing:
Announcements- how they work

Descriptions tell you the significance of the announcemtns, an example is asking certain ppl to read it as in:
Starting Out- plz read if not in group

Or it could be telling that an announcement is important to read:
Tag- IMPORTANT

Or mybe their just telling what's in the announcement... I leave the rest to you to process, figure out, but most importantly have fun while doing it.
