My question exactly. I loathe forums, and I was wondering if there is another way to obtain administrative/moderative status without having to register and apply on the forums. Perhaps you could have a certain "applications" thread in the group. Would make things easier for those who do not know how to use, or do not like forums. A lot of ideas come into my mind, when I think of it, really.
