'This really ain't Kansas no more..'

This branch of the Fallout RP (Text-Based) community is set in the destroyed ruins of Kansas. You can transfer characters from surrounding states to this RP by having them travel here.

Rules:
1. Do not say anything OOC without (()) or [[]] surrounding it.
2. Dodging bullets is not allowed. Your character can't have the 'matrix'.
3. Not missing once with any weapon is not allowed. No one is the ultimate dead-eye.
4. Your character's starter gear can include light clothes and weapons, aslong as it goes with their backstory, but we do not want newcomers saying their character has a Fatman because it's in their backstory.
5. When you die, you die. Create a new character, and move on. Complaining will just get you kicked or even banned from the community.
6. To get in the main factions, you have to RP your way in.
7. Raiders are allowed, but you can't be Mister Power Armor with Gatling Laser Raider, you have to have light gear and light weapons, to make it fear.
8. Super-hostile factions don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about you if you're a waster.
9. Events will supply your characters and others with a challenge and loot- From broken guns to a new shirt.
10. Please change your steam name to your RP character's name.
11. RP seriously.

Lore:
Kansas is full of burnt plains, battered farms, and a few torn apart cities. Like every other state in the whole damn country, formally known as the 'USA', it's full of danger, chaos, and a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of ruins and radiation. The BoS have a small outpost here- The Enclave do aswell. Raiders live in some of the small towns, waiting for some fresh meat to get their hands on. A group of thugs known as the Black Bullets rules most of the ruins, and controls a lot of the smaller groups of Raiders. Armed with combat armor, assault rifles, and other gear, they are extremely hostile to anyone that isn't one of them. A settlement glows in the middle of a dead plain- This settlement is known as 'New Allen'- Right smack down where Allen, KS used to be. Many live here- It's a trade hotspot, a town protected by makeshift walls, and ran by something that resembles a government, that isn't part of some faction. Small houses, holes and tears covered by scavenged wood and scrap metal, are everywhere in this settlement. Vault 65, located near New Allen, housed its residents- helping them survive the Great War. The Government of New Allen is a council system- With 5 people making up the Council, who vote on affairs of the settlement. Guards in uniform protect the settlement- But some say they're protecting it a bit too much...
