Dexm0s is a tf2 player who was insanely good and had a big inventory.
He was doing giveaways for tf2 items on tf2r.com when he got a random community ban. Upon investigation, the steam algorithm community banned him because it thought he was scamming people by letting know they won a giveaway in their comments. This is a genuine upstanding member of society who steam doesn't want to comply with.
