FPS fans grave

There will now be celebrations for the humble origins of famous/awesome FPS. Like on October 10, we will celebrate portal day, because that is when portal came out. Well, on fathers day we are celebrating half-life, since it is like the big daddy of FPS. Only FPS people care about will be celebrated, not America's Army (cause no one know and cares about what that is). I won't forget Doom either. COD, TF2, Battlefield etc... will be celebrated in addition.
Anyways, we need to invite more members because we have a completely crappy member base here. We are so low on members it's not even funny. Please invite!
Oh and I was wondering, is half-life one good? I mean it got amazing scores, but I need to here it from you guys. I never really played it, except for a demo on the dreamcast years ago.
