The good news is that the UGC server is stable, 120-140 fps consistently, but a ping of 270-300+ Rocket jumps and reflects are possible although a tad difficult, ubers pop 0.2-0.4 seconds late. So calling early will need to be done. Raj - you should have a ball as sniper.
