The future of Aussie FoF and OFH!

First of all, thank you all for your support and participation in the aussie fof community, without you guys playing the game it would be dead :))
Recently I've felt that the gameplay we have on offer has gotten a bit stale for our region, so I am planning to try and increase the variety of gamemodes on offer in OCE.

Starting from today, I will try* to rotate the game types on the OFH servers.

One server will always be on ranked** FFA Shootout (the best mode).
The second server will change modes a few times a week, probably to a schedule something like:

• Sun - Team Shootout
  
• Mon - Versus
  
• Tue - Teamplay
  
• Wed - Teamplay
  
• Thu - Teamplay
  
• Fri - Team Shootout
  
• Sat - Team Shootout

*Subject to me bothering

Hopefully people will be able to play the mode they want semi-regularly.

I've been making a bit of a push to get some life back into the community and I'm gonna keep on doing that with Friday Night FoF and Teamplay Tuesday, both probably starting at 8:30pm AEST weekly.
With some of you guys turning up we should be able to get some decently fun/competitive games running.

In terms of tournaments, they take a fair amount of time/effort/motivation, and I'm not really rushing to get one set up, but if there is one soon, it'll probs be mid July, otherwise won't be another till end of year.
I did plan to start a weekly ladder/leaderboard thing(Fistful of Fridays) but I didn't really feel that enough people were keen/interested, so kinda scrapped the idea for now.

On a different note:

We recently passed our first birthday(yay!) of the Outback Frag House servers, which are currently the only servers in the region.
Since our birth I've spent more than $200 to cover costs of the server.
As of now the server costs $13.09/month, which doesn't really seem like a lot but it does add up.
I refuse to add obnoxious ads to the servers to pay for it.
While I'm happy to run it as long as we have a decent population, it would be an immense help if you guys could contribute to costs, even if it is a one off.
To facilitate this I've added some ways to contribute on the home page of the server website, as well as the bottom of our MOTD.
