Welcome to the guild! We recommend you read the rules, they are pretty basic.

Every guild member is expected to specialize in a trade. We currently have most technologies unlocked, the kinds of trades that are needed right now are those involving forestry, clothing, cooking, herbalism and other procuration jobs. It is important every member understand how quality works so we can maximize our limited resources. When we have more members and a stronger position, every recruit will be expected to specialize is some kind of siege skill whether that is mining, combat preparation, healing, or any other form of military assistance. All members will train together to ensure we can operate with speed, precision, and maximum aggression.

First; all members are required to have basic marksmanship skills. crossbows are our weapon of choice for defense and as such, we need everyone to have a level 60 crossbow skill. To do this, first you need 60 Warrior. This can be obtained very quickly by punching the training dummy next to the monument. Its pretty quick, but try to chain attacks together and really get a feel for the combat system. After level 30, you will notice your attacks becoming MUCH faster. There are even more perks as your level increases. After that, grab a simple crossbow and some ammo from the weapon rack and shoot the target to get your crossbow skill up. While it is possible to stand right next to the target for the skills, it is recommended you back up and learn how the crossbow mechanics work. It will make the experience more interesting. RETURN THE CROSSBOW WHEN YOU ARE DONE! The simple crossbow is not very powerful and wont serve you well, we use it to train, so please leave it and any extra ammo on the rack for the nexxt recruit. Ammo is valuable, so please don't try to train past 60 unless TorBomb can make you some personal ammo.

After that, you are a well trained member and ready to help the guild! Ask Razmir or Torben if you need help learning about the game or just need a new task. Most members will find a unique and niche specialization that makes them a more valuable member than simple brute labour. These are excellent as it lets you be productive on your own time, but everyone has to pitch into the mining pits once in a while.
