-ness is added to adjectives to form nouns which often refer to a state or quality. for example, 'sadness' is the state of being sad and ' kindness' is the quality of being kind.

-less is added to nouns in order to form adjectives that indicate that someone or something does not have the thing that the noun refers to. for example 'meaningless' is the state of not having meaning or 'fearless' is the state of not having fear.

"fearness esport" name came from word 'fearless' but that would have been very basic and then it came to my mind that '-less' and '-ness' are very similar but with different meanings.

word 'fearness' is not really a real word, but when it would be then it would mean state of being feared. and the point there is that we are not feared of others, but we are 'fearness' and that means everyone is in state of being afraid of us, feared by us.
