[SCP Changelog] 07-04-2018

These changes are server-based, not part of an official game update. They have been applied to all Evoc.me Servers.

SCP Related

SCP-106 now takes x0.3 damage instead of x0.4 (keep in mind default is 0.1), this means he will be a little harder to kill.
SCP-914 now damages players depending on the setting (course, fine etc) different amounts. This applies to the output for those camping trying to get cards :^)
SCP-914 class changes overhauled, new recipe can be found on Discord.

Moderation Related

Admins and "some" mods will be able to join when the server is full.
Permissions added to existing system mods use.
Ban list *hopefully* also now fixed.

Gameplay Related

The lockers (searchable draws etc) has a few other items, including useless items added with a slightly less than 1% chance of getting an o5 (If they get pinks anyway, why not?). I dropped the chance of getting a facility manager (pink card) and added the green variant with much higher chances, this will limit the instant nukes and 106 dying very early.
Fixed multiple stability issues with the server, also fixed an issue that prevented them from starting and another bug that happened if multiple started at the same time.

Donators Related

Donator icon changed, the little star is now the colour of the class to help players identify the class in spectator, name itself is still coloured though.
