Evergreen Terrace

Hello all you lovely people at EGT,

yesterday we had an Adminmeeting and discussed some of the actual issues and topics regarding the EvergreenTerrace. We didn´t had a meeting for a longer time and so there was a lot to discuss. Here´s a short summary and some things that might interest you:

1. Admins:
We are actively looking for serveradmins to keep the EGT beeing a friendly and nice place to play. We will give younger members a chance to become admins with an 'entry-set' of admin-powers. That includes kick, gag and mute, but not ban. That can be upgraded to a full adminship if it works out. If you want to become a serveradmin, please talk to me (Moss), Nerbyl or Tris. We´ll start asking around too.

2. Statistics:
Due to a servercrash we lost our Homepage and the Statistics-Database. The Stats are now working again (on all servers):
Fight for beeing #1 again. It´s a fresh start.
Use the Chatcommands 'status' and 'rank' to see where you are :)

3. Reworking the TF2-servers:
The servers running stockmaps (PL/CP) are empty. Valve directs all the quickplay-traffic to their own servers. The empty servers will be reworked to feature modes like: versusSaxtonHale, class wars, randomizer... That´s an awesome amount of work and will take some weeks.

4. Forums:
The Steamgroup-Discussions will be the new EGT-Forums. We won´t build up new Forums on the Homepage again. Moar discussions wanted, let´s give life to the Steamgroup xD
