EU | RustWarfare | Battlefield | x100

Rust Warfare is a EU Based Rust server with extensive plugins to allow the player a true battlefield experience.

Players start with Gun's and Ammunition, there is kits available to redeem Resources and other goodies.

The goal is different for every players. But for majority it is obtaining a good base and achieving a high amount of kills.

RustWarfare | Major Changes!

Firstly, Owner has changed their name from Paulacruicks to RustWarfare.

During the past week I have took the server in a different approach.

Gather Rates
------------------

We have modified the Gather rates from x20 to x10. at somepoint in the next month this may be reduced to x5. This is due to how easy it was to raid someone.

Kits
-----------------

We have revamped our kits! Players nolonger have access to kits such as;
kit boom
kit weapons
kit mods

New kits will be added to take their place. The kits will be made to fit a x10 server.

Russian Support
-----------------------

We have been adding Russian Language support to our server. This is currently most noticable in our /info command.

Current commands that have been updated for the russian language are;
/codelock
/bgrade
/sl

In total we have 53 Plugins that need translated and this will take some time. But we will be adding full russian language support by the end of this month.

Bot Changes
------------------

Bots Spawn radius has been reduced so they spawn closer to the towns/monuments again.

This is due to our changes to gather.rates and kits. New players would have no fighting chance with the new loadout at killing bots when they spawn.

We have also changed the accuracy/damage/spawnkit of all Bots.

Bots vary in strength now each bots will act completely different. One bot may only do 10 damage per hit whereas another will deal FULL damage asif it was a real player.

Bots names can now be found using the /bots command in-game.

VIP
------------------

Players can now enquire to the server owner (Me) RustWarfare ) if they wish to test VIP for an hour. To enquire about this simply add me on steam or PM me in-game. Users who have been giving a Trial VIP will not recieve access to anything in Testing by VIP players as sometimes these commands can be glitchy.

Daily Server Restart
----------------------------

We have now added a daily server restart which will take place at 00:05 AM GMT+0 GMT This will help clear up ram and let players enjoy smooth and lag free game-play.

Conclusion

Alot has been changed regarding the server. Too much to list and too much to rememebr. If anyone has any issues regarding the changes to the server feel free to post in our "Server Suggestions" discussion right here on steam.

Halloween Is over ! | Chat Changes

Well guys, thats halloween over, but not for us! we will be keeping the halloween NPC's to add some extra fun to the server. We are unaware if the other halloween items are still enabled for the default group but we hope they are!

Chat Changes
-------------------
Over the past week instead of adding new plugins i've cleaned up the chat.

You may notice chat messages are now catagorised, e.g.

Events Show [Event] Beside them in an orange text

Information messages show with [Info] Beside them in yellow text.

Admin Messages show with [Admin] Or [Owner] Beside them now.

We have also customised the text size of Nearly all the plugins now this will help with the old eye sore we were all getting from seeing different sized messages in the chat ! Haha :P

Players are also now welcomed the server automatically when they enter and shows a few commands to get them started. This will help players get familure with all the commands and remember where they are located.

Last but not least, We added in a list of the names of bots that spawn on the server, This will help players tell real players from bots. This can be accessed by our /bots command.

Changes to Leaderboard

For those of you that check the leaderboard you may already have noticed but if not heres what we done.

Timeplayed was monitored by 2 plugins. /ranks and /rank.
This caused confusion between players on what their actual timeplayed was because both would show different results.

This was because the plugin that uses /rank has a afk system built into it to avoid players afking to get time on the server.
We have now removed timetracking from /rank and kept it simply to only /ranks

So this left us with abit of a empty looking leaderboard, so we added Heli Kills and Tank Kills to the leaderboard, this will not be counted when awarding the weekly VIP but is there for players who wish to track how many vehicals they have killed.
