GAME RULES:

1. Normal game speed is 3, don't increase it beyond that.
2. Political alliances and deals should be made in in-game private chat or steam chat.
3. Don't rename counties with stupid and offensive names.
4. Always play for your nation's benefit, and don't sit on an alliance with another player forever.
5. Don't ruin your nation intentionally.
