Hab mal vor kurzen SCS angeschrieben um auf die Problematik bezüglich der Nutzung von Joystick bzw. Lenkrad hinzuweißen. Hier die Antwort:

unfortunately, we are not using jsX interfaces (and not using SDL as well), so there is no way for the override to work. We are aware of the problem and will provide a working solution in the future updates of the game.
