Delta is a bukkit-powered server for people who want to have fun. We're a rather lax bunch of people who just wanna fool around and do just about whatever without causing trouble. Artists can create incredible sculptures, adventurers can explore the land and anyone who wants to take lava baths? ...Good luck. ;P

Keep to the general obvious rules (do onto others, etc... and of course respect others and their space and whatnot) and it's all good!
