Sometimes blending in is the only way!

Ever feel like that?

This is a group for admins of other groups, yeah I know, how meta.

Ever feel like the job is getting too much, there is too much stress or that you just wish you could escape?

I for one know how you feel!

As an owner of a medium sized group that has been through a fair amount I understand the ups and down of building and running a community.

It starts out as your baby and can take a lot of time, effort and money to build and yet sometimes it can just be so fragile. Especially when you find yourself having to sort out real life issues.

How come drama always happens in a community just when your real life is ramping up?!

Well I can't say that I have the answer to those questions, however almost all of us in this group have been through the difficulty somewhere.

So what is this group? This group is a place admins of other groups can chill out and escape the drama for a while. Have a chat with others who quite likely have been through the same and garner some advice and wisdom from them!

We all have our own ways of dealing with the problems in communities, among them; financing and keeping services going, hosting and technical issues and dealing with members and moderators alike!

So why don't you come and discuss them!
